C9 Hydrogenated petroleum resin
is the thermoplastic white water color hydrogenated aromatic resin obtained from polymerizing of C9 aromatic and hydrogenation. Owing to broad co***tibility with numerous elastomers, polymers and other tackifying resins, it is used in hot melt adhesives based on EVA,SBS and SIS copolymers.
LH series hydrogenated C9 resin has a ring and ball softening point of 100℃ and Gardner color of 0,1,2. Easily Soluble in aliphatic, aromatic ,and chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents . Insoluble in alcohols and water. Co***tible in useful proportions with natural and synthetic rubbers, ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA) copolymers, amorphous polyolefins, paraffin and microcrystalline waxes, ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) resins; styrenebutadiene rubber (SBR) copolymer ,styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene(SEBS) ,styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS) and styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) block copolymers.
